Registration Information Please read the information below before filling out the registration materials. General Conference Registration Information
Pre-Conference Registration Pre-conference workshops are schedule for Wednesday, November 16, from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. Sessions are for 6-hour blocks. Participants are expected to attend for the entire day. Presenters have requested that participants attend the same workshop for the entire scheduled time period and HTN requires this due to limited space in the workshops. Luncheon is included in the fee. Workshop materials for these sessions will be available only to those who pre-register for the session. The HTN office requires that all attendees pre-register for the pre-conference session that they wish to attend. Registrants that do not indicate their session preference are not on the pre-conference registration list until that requirement is met and will not be able to attend sessions that are full. Registration Policies Only individuals registered and wearing badges will be allowed at conference functions, including plenary sessions, workshops, exhibit areas and food areas. Registrants must wear badges at all times in order to be admitted to HTN functions. Membership Registrants must have an active membership at the time of conference registration. The registration fee for non-members includes a year membership to HTN. Member benefits can be found on our Membership Page. Early Registration Fees In order to be eligible for the early registration fee, registration must be postmarked, emailed or faxed by no later than October 3, 2005. Student Fees Students must provide verifiable proof of at least part-time enrollment (8 credits) by providing a copy of their student ID and course schedule. Alternative forms of proof must be cleared by the HTN staff. Receipts and Invoicing Registrants will receive an email notice when their registration is complete. HTN highly recommends that registrants register early and then call our office if they have not received a receipt by 3 weeks after their registration was mailed. At conference check-in, an updated invoice will be included in the registration packet to serve as a receipt. Post-conference invoices will be sent in late December for those registrants who show changes to their account after November 10, 2005.
